"Hi Helen - Sarah & I would just like to say a quick thank you for looking after us so well this weekend. We had a fabulous time & really enjoyed our stay with you. Your attention to cleanliness in these 'strange times' was very reassuring and we felt very relaxed throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious thank you and I must also mention your location which was ideal for our short trips to Waddesdon Manor & our walk along the Thames at Marlow. We hope to come see you again one day, perhaps when the Theatre is open!! Many thanks & best wishes. Lee & Sarah "

"Hi Helen – I would just like to thank you so much for looking after us and my elderly parents so well, and for making us so welcome at your lovely B&B. Your rooms have everything anyone could need (including milk for our tea in a little fridge. How thoughtful!) – and everything is spotlessly clean. And breakfast was wonderful in terms of both presentation and the quality of the food itself. The next time we need overnight accommodation in that part of the country we’ll happily be prepared to go out of our way to come and stay at House FortyOne! Best wishes to House FortyOne! "House 41 is the place to stay in aylesbury, the rooms are cozey and spotlessly clean with a very nice bathroom. A generous selection of tea bags and coffee are at hand in your room complete with a mini fridge and a bottle of milk. Helen was just lovely, very warm and welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was perfect. If I ever need to stay in aylesbury again I won't even bother to look up places to stay because I will be going back to house 41 every time."

"We stayed at house 41 for three nights with friends while we viewed the surrounding area.we had a lovely room and Helen thought of everything we could have needed in our room. We had lovely breakfasts to start off the day of touring and looked forward to returning in the evening. Many thanks Helen."
