"If you are undecided - definitely go for it! We were undecided but did decide to stay at house forty one and we are very pleased that we did. It is clean and tidy; our room was spacious with a very nice en-suit bathroom. The breakfasts were wonderful and Helen did a great job of catering for my gluten allergy. Helen is a lovely person who has got it just right not only with the accommodation, but also in her approach to clients, attentive but not overbearing. We would recommend this B & B wholeheartedly."

"Excellent one night stay in House 41. Beautiful house. Large comfortable bedroom complete with hospitality tray with tea coffee etc and fridge, large TV and comfy bed. Ensuite was perfect too. Helen had thought of everything. Breakfast was amazing. So much choice and delicious. I loved my stay at House 41 and definitely will come back again if I need overnight accommodation in Aylesbury. "House 41 is the place to stay in aylesbury, the rooms are cozey and spotlessly clean with a very nice bathroom. A generous selection of tea bags and coffee are at hand in your room complete with a mini fridge and a bottle of milk. Helen was just lovely, very warm and welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was perfect. If I ever need to stay in aylesbury again I won't even bother to look up places to stay because I will be going back to house 41 every time."

"My wife and I stayed here over Friday and Saturday August 18th/19th for a wedding. It was great. I can't say I've ever come across a Bed & Breakfast like it. Luxury Hotel room? Maybe. We had the 18th to ourselves so it was like being one of the super rich with a luxury hotel floor to ourselves! Mrs Russo was an excellent host and I loved the cooked breakfasts. The rooms were great and the en-suit we had superb. I think the shower was possibly one of the best I've come across. Even better than the one at the Marina where my sister has her canal boat - which is praise indeed. Should we be in that neck of the woods again, we'll be looking to book here."
