"Helen is a very considerate host. She combines professionalism with the warmth of a friend’s welcome in their home. We were made to feel very relaxed when we arrived and of course the filter coffee bags and biscuits helped! The breakfast table with an individual plate of fruit looked inviting. There were various options for the award-winning breakfast, all attractively presented. The traditional English breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Everywhere was very clean and we had all we needed. Our bed was comfortable and the room cosily warm in the very cold weather. The shower had plenty of hot water and the towels were fluffy. We shall certainly return. "

"House 41 is the place to stay in aylesbury, the rooms are cozey and spotlessly clean with a very nice bathroom. A generous selection of tea bags and coffee are at hand in your room complete with a mini fridge and a bottle of milk. Helen was just lovely, very warm and welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was perfect. If I ever need to stay in aylesbury again I won't even bother to look up places to stay because I will be going back to house 41 every time."

I tell everyone that this B&B beats 4/5* hotels. Thanks for your unrivalled courtesy and that scrambled with smoked salmon is a preparation worthy of a master chef winner. Sleeping was peaceful. Everything on close observation in my critical mind, was just plus perfect. I don't like spending money but my word I felt good when I paid you. "
