"I have stayed in House 41 several times and it is always a pleasure to stay there, with nicely furnished and well-equipped rooms, which are spotlessly clean. The breakfast is excellent and Helen is a great hostess. All B&Bs should be like this! "

"House 41 is the place to stay in aylesbury, the rooms are cozey and spotlessly clean with a very nice bathroom. A generous selection of tea bags and coffee are at hand in your room complete with a mini fridge and a bottle of milk. Helen was just lovely, very warm and welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was perfect. If I ever need to stay in aylesbury again I won't even bother to look up places to stay because I will be going back to house 41 every time."

"If you are undecided - definitely go for it! We were undecided but did decide to stay at house forty one and we are very pleased that we did. It is clean and tidy; our room was spacious with a very nice en-suit bathroom. The breakfasts were wonderful and Helen did a great job of catering for my gluten allergy. Helen is a lovely person who has got it just right not only with the accommodation, but also in her approach to clients, attentive but not overbearing. We would recommend this B & B wholeheartedly."
