"We were guests at your facility two weekends ago 5th November. We were super satisfied with the ambience, the breakfast, the courtesy and the exquisite cleanliness of your B & B. Remember I suggested to you that you should give everyone a disposable slipper to avoid people walking on your pristine clean surfaces. Thanks for such standards. I tell everyone that this B&B beats 4/5* hotels. Thanks for your unrivalled courtesy and that scrambled with smoked salmon is a preparation worthy of a master chef winner. Sleeping was peaceful. Everything on close observation in my critical mind, was just plus perfect. I don't like spending money but my word I felt good when I paid you. "

"Hi Helen – I would just like to thank you so much for looking after us and my elderly parents so well, and for making us so welcome at your lovely B&B. Your rooms have everything anyone could need (including milk for our tea in a little fridge. How thoughtful!) – and everything is spotlessly clean. And breakfast was wonderful in terms of both presentation and the quality of the food itself. The next time we need overnight accommodation in that part of the country we’ll happily be prepared to go out of our way to come and stay at House FortyOne! Best wishes to House FortyOne! "My wife and I stayed here over Friday and Saturday August 18th/19th for a wedding. It was great. I can't say I've ever come across a Bed & Breakfast like it. Luxury Hotel room? Maybe. We had the 18th to ourselves so it was like being one of the super rich with a luxury hotel floor to ourselves! Mrs Russo was an excellent host and I loved the cooked breakfasts. The rooms were great and the en-suit we had superb. I think the shower was possibly one of the best I've come across. Even better than the one at the Marina where my sister has her canal boat - which is praise indeed. Should we be in that neck of the woods again, we'll be looking to book here."

"Just a short note to thank you for your hospitality when we stayed at your lovely B&B on our recent trip to Aylesbury. We enjoyed our stay there – wished we had allowed more time We are settling back into home now and it all seems like a distant (but pleasant) memory. Hopefully it will all come flooding back when we get out our photographs. Kind regards John and Christine Minchin Tasmania"
