"Hi Helen – I would just like to thank you so much for looking after us and my elderly parents so well, and for making us so welcome at your lovely B&B. Your rooms have everything anyone could need (including milk for our tea in a little fridge. How thoughtful!) – and everything is spotlessly clean. And breakfast was wonderful in terms of both presentation and the quality of the food itself.
